You’re longing to experience more fulfilling relationships and to embrace your authentic self, but something is getting in your way.

  • You remember what it was like when you felt close, but things just aren’t the same anymore. You long for a relationship where your partner gets you, but lately you’ve been questioning whether you can ever truly understand each other. You want to be able to lean on your partner when things get hard and trust that they’ll be there, but when you try to share what you’re feeling, it just leads to conflict or distance. You spend your energy carefully walking over the landmines between you, trying not to make any go off. Not only do you feel exhausted, and maybe even hopeless, but you also feel more alone, frustrated, and hurt than ever.

  • You lie awake at night replaying all the things you wish you’d done differently or worrying about all the things that could go wrong tomorrow. You agonize over every perceived mistake, holding yourself to a standard of perfection you can never meet. Or maybe you have this crushing sense that you don’t fit in, that other people don’t actually like you, and you wonder if you’ll ever be good enough. There are so many things you want to experience in life, but time and again, fear and doubt hold you back.

  • Physical pain is just the reality of your life, and yet, you live in constant fear of your pain, always on the lookout for a flare up. You orchestrate your days to avoid anything that triggers or worsens it, which feels like an impossible task. Even when you do start to feel better, you don’t feel relief—you are suspicious and preparing for when the next shoe might drop. Instead of being able to give your full energy to the people and things that matter to you, your pain consumes and depletes you. Life is enough to handle as it is, but you’re also stuck in a fight with your own body just to make it through the day.

Hi, I’m Sally, LMHC.

I’m here to help you improve your relationships, overcome your fears, discover your worth, and do more of what you love to do.

I help couples and individuals who yearn for a deeper sense of connection, whether it be with themselves, their partner, their friends, their community, or the other significant people in their lives. We can get so caught up in the daily grind, in our fears and insecurities, in the belief that we aren’t good enough, that we forget: as human beings, we are hard-wired for connection. We are inherently worthy of love and capable of connecting with ourselves, our world, and the people in it.

What if I told you that you could feel deeply known and understood? That you could let go of your inner critic and feel confident in who you are? That you could cultivate a deep sense of closeness and security with your partner? That you could prioritize connection, fun, and creativity even in the midst of life’s crazy demands? I want to help you experience your fullest life and connect deeply with yourself and others.
